Our website offers live stock figures on each product for you to check if an item is in stock and how many are currently available.
Why can’t I see any chemicals online?
To access chemicals online, you will need to logged in. (please note the login will need to be linked to a valid business or school account)
What does DG stand for on chemical descriptions?
DG stands for dangerous goods. There is a $35 dangerous goods surcharge for orders that incude chemicals with the DG marking.
Can I purchase chemicals if I do not have an account?
To purchase chemicals through Westlab, it is required you complete our End User Declaration Form (EUD). Please reach out to sales@westlab.com to request the form. Once complete, you will have access to our full chemical range.
Can I pick up my order?
Sorry, we don't allow customer pick up. All orders ship out via Purolator or Canada Post.

Do you have a store front location where I can purchase your products?
Unfortunately, we do not have a retail location, all our products and prices are displayed on our website. Orders get placed through our website and ship out from our warehouse.
