Blue Crab, Pack of 10
The blue crab, known scientifically as Callinectes sapidus, is a vibrant species found in the western Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. These crabs can have a carapace that ranges from bluish to olive green and can reach up to 9 inches in width. Their striking claws are bright blue, while mature females showcase distinctive red tips. Additionally, blue crabs feature an "apron" that protects their abdomen; males possess narrower aprons, whereas females have wider ones.
