Optical Bench, Illuminated

Sturdy, illuminated optical bench for observing and measuring optical phenomena is constructed with 2 fixed 960mm long double pillar chrome-plated slide rods on 2 pedestal ends. On the 2 rods are 4 sliders, which support optical components and can slide freely along the rods or be fixed at any position. Along the front of the instrument is a long, 900 mm graduated scale plate for easy measurements. The electric light source has a 6v, 3w bulb fitted in a light source tube, in front of which is a 36mm diameter convexo-convex lens. Bulb can be moved forward, backward, up, and down for different demonstrations.
ΓÇó Optical components: a 40mm diameter convexo-convex lens, a 30mm diameter convexo-convex lens, a 30mm diameter concavo-concave lens, a 50mm diameter convexo-plane lens, an 80 x 120mm piece of frosted glass.
